Roman Catholics make their First Holy Communion as the second of the three sacraments of initiation. This is the reception of Christ’s Body and Blood, the source of great graces that sanctify us and help us grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ.
Roman Catholics celebrate Confirmation as the third and final sacrament of initiation. Confirmation perfects our baptism and brings us the graces of the Holy Spirit that were granted to the Apostles on Pentecost Sunday.
At St. Mary’s you can receive these sacraments by attending St. Mary’s Bryantown School, attending Religious Education (CCD), or through the Adult OCIA Program.
